Where are you located?

How long are appointments, how long is treatment?

Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length. Most clients are scheduled for counseling once a week, although this can vary due to factors such as schedule constraints, emotional need, or finances. While some people require only a few visits, others come for many months. Utilizing Temperament Therapy allows us great efficiency in an individual’s recovery.

Can you prescribe medication?

No I cannot prescribe medication, but I will consult with your physician upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Be Transformed Christian Counseling is committed to providing each of our clients with exceptional care. Dr. Kiley Callaway encourages all clients to respect his cancellation policy for the benefit of all concerned. If you are unable to attend a session please contact our office and give 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled appointment. If no notice is given you will be charged for the full rate of the session. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call our office: 308-303-3434

 

What are your fees?

Individual counseling rate:    $50 / 45 minute session
Couples counseling rate:    $100 / 60 minute session
Temperament Analysis Testing:  $ 75.00 (per person – one time only)

We accept; Cash, Checks, all major credit cards as well as Health Saving Account Cards. As a 501c3 Christian ministry, we cannot accept medical insurance.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a practice of pastoral counselors. Therefore we can not issue diagnosis codes so insurance will not cover our services. However, if you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account we can accept these cards.

How do I know if counseling would be helpful?

Meeting with Dr. Kiley Callaway can be helpful when you are struggling with; emotions, dealing with trauma, adjusting to circumstances, improving relationships with; spouse, family, friends, coworkers, or needing help with a specific challenge, or finding direction in life. Everyone needs help once in a while. Counseling is also appropriate when various symptoms negatively affect relationships and/or interfere with normal, daily life at home, school, or work.
